• POST-DOC RESEARCH POSITION (Assegno di Ricerca A1 Junior)

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral research position (Assegno di Ricerca tipo A1, Junior) in Statistics SECS-S/01 at University of Milano-Bicocca (https://www.unimib.it) Dpt of Sociology & Social Research, under the supervision of Fulvia Mecatti

TITLE: Efficient Sampling Strategies for modern applications

AIMS: Development of innovative and effective sampling strategies (design & estimation) including Multiple Frame and Mixed-Mode Surveys, Biomedical Observational Studies and the use of auxiliary info from registers, (big) data-bases and (big) data-streams.

CONTRACT: 24 months (renewable for a further 24 months upon approval) starting April 1, 2019. Salary competitive with European Research Universities and Italian Assistant Professor position (RTD-A).

APPLICATION:

Candidates must posses a Ph.D. in Statistics or related fields, either earned within 4 years or to be completed within February 2019.
